SH-5 Duncan Custom Bridge

A custom overwound P.A.F.-like humbucker with moderate output, perfectly voiced for supreme blues, rock, and metal.
Description
The Duncan Custom is
a hot humbucker which uses a small ceramic magnet and custom-wound coils
to dish out a ‘P.A.F.-on-steroids’ tone. It has tight lows, a bump in
the upper midrange which gives you more character and crunch, and an
airy high end that cuts through heavy distortion but is also great for
achieving crystal-clear clean tones. It’s especially suited
to warmer-sounding guitars with a prominent midrange, and many players
like to use it in Les Pauls and Paul Reed Smiths. It pairs well with the
Jazz or ’59 neck models, and forms one half of our ’59/Custom Hybrid
humbucker.
Hand
built in our Santa Barbara, CA factory, the Duncan Custom uses a small
ceramic bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire
for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free
performance.

SH-PG1n Pearly Gates Neck
Summary
P.A.F. style humbucker with a ton of rude Texas attitude for a neck tone that stays warm and focused.
Description
The Pearly Gates
neck captures all the mojo of the original neck pickup from Billy
Gibbons 1959 Les Paul. It is a P.A.F. with a unique tonal character, and
more midrange than typical humbuckers from that time. The result is a
neck pickup that cuts through with its stronger tailored mids, but still
has the open and airy treble attack of the alnico 2 bar magnet.
Combined with a warm, spongy low end, this pickup is great for both
rhythm and lead playing. Pair with the Pearly Gates bridge model for a
classic setup, or match it with a higher output bridge pickup like the
Custom Custom for a more aggressive rock setup.Hand built in our Santa

Gates is wound on Seymour’s original Leesona winding machine from the
early Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan, for that unmistakable
vintage mojo.
